Plain-English summary: free standard shipping worldwide, and for direct reservations we only charge you when your order ships. We ship the Auromone Curve worldwide — across Canada, the United States, and internationally.

Returns & refunds (the Curve band)

The Curve band is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Wear it for a month; if it isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Cortisol sensors are consumables

Each cortisol sensor is a single-use consumable that reads for 14 days and is delivered sealed and dated. For safety and hygiene, sensors can't be returned or refunded once shipped.

If a sensor pack arrives damaged, or a sealed sensor fails to work as intended, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge. Your sensor subscription is separate: you can skip, pause, or cancel any time from the app, with no fees — see the cortisol sensors page.

1-year hardware warranty

Every Curve band is covered against manufacturing defects for one year from its ship date. If a covered defect appears, we'll repair or replace the band at no charge. The warranty does not cover:

This warranty is in addition to — and does not replace — any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Exchanges

The Curve band is a single, adjustable one-size model, so we don't offer change-of-mind size or style exchanges. If you'd like a different configuration, simply return the band under the 30-day guarantee above and place a new order.

Defective hardware is replaced free under the 1-year warranty — that's the fastest path if something isn't working. Consumable sensors can't be exchanged once shipped, except for the damaged-or-defective replacement described above.

How to start a return, exchange, or warranty claim

Email hello@auromone.com with your order number and a short description of the issue (and a photo, for damage or defects). We'll reply with a return authorization and step-by-step instructions, including a prepaid label where one applies. Please start any return within the 30-day window, and warranty claims within the 1-year coverage period.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you have under applicable law — including Québec and Canadian consumer-protection law, and, depending on where you live, protections such as the EU/UK right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days. Where local law grants you greater rights, those rights apply.
