Acceptance
By using auromone.com or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or join the waitlist. We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use means you accept the changes.
The waitlist
- A spot on the waitlist expresses your interest in buying an Auromone Curve and holds your place in line. It is not a binding purchase and not a pre-order with payment.
- Joining the waitlist is free. We do not take a deposit and do not charge a payment method when you join.
- If and when your unit is ready to ship, we'll contact you to confirm your order and details. You are only charged when your Curve ships, after you confirm.
- You can leave the waitlist at any time before it converts to an order, at no cost, by emailing us.
Pricing and availability
- Prices shown (for example, $299 for the band) are target prices and may differ from the final sale price.
- Currency, taxes, shipping, and availability may vary by region and over time.
- Timelines (such as a Q4 2026 ship window) are current estimates, not guarantees. Quantities are limited and may sell out.
- We may correct errors, update product details, or change or discontinue products at any time.
Wellness device, not medical advice
The Auromone Curve is a general wellness device under Health Canada and FDA guidance. It is not a medical device, is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, testing, or care. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your health. The product is in development and final performance may differ from the specifications described here.
App and connected services
The Auromone app and connected cloud services let you view and interpret your cortisol data. Some features — including AI-based predictions and insights — require you to enable cloud processing of your data; this is necessary to deliver those features. If you don't enable it, the device and app still work with on-device features, but the cloud AI features are unavailable. Separately and optionally, you may choose to let your de-identified data help improve Auromone's models and research; this contribution is voluntary and is never a condition of buying or using the product or any feature. How we handle your information, including these two consent choices, pseudonymization, storage in Canada, and your rights, is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, submit false information or someone else's email without permission, scrape it abusively, or misuse the waitlist.
Intellectual property
The Auromone name, logo, site content, text, and graphics are owned by Auromone or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Competitor and other brand names mentioned for comparison belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auromone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer-protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts located in Québec, Canada, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
