Plain-English summary: reserving a Curve is free, there's no deposit, and we only charge you when it ships. Founder prices are targets and may change. The Curve is a general wellness device, not a medical one. The full terms are below.

Acceptance

By using auromone.com or reserving a product, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or reserve. We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use means you accept the changes.

Wellness device, not medical advice

The Auromone Curve is a general wellness device under Health Canada and FDA guidance. It is not a medical device, is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, testing, or care. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your health. Accuracy figures refer to internal bench testing and may differ from final, certified performance.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, submit false information or someone else's email without permission, scrape it abusively, or misuse the reservation system.

Intellectual property

The Auromone name, logo, site content, text, and graphics are owned by Auromone, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Competitor and other brand names mentioned for comparison belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auromone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer-protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts located in Québec, Canada, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
